A kerbside delivery can be an option if access to the site is unobstructed as the spa would arrive on its side on a purpose built pallet. With some advice from us two people would be required and should be able to move the hot tub around once it comes off the pallet. There are some hot tubs that will require the professional approach for delivery due to access problems or maybe just the size of the hot tub in question. Should this be the case Leicester Hot Tub Hire Ltd have the expertise to overcome most problems, if it's possible we will do it.
Once the spa is sited the electric source for the hot tub or spa is by 13amp supply only, this will involve a hard wire connection into the control box of the hot tub or spa. This supply must be via a RCD protected circuit which will require you to have one installed by a qualified electrician to conform to the relevant regulations if you don't already have one.
Once the hot tub is filled with water and powered up with the appropriate electrical supply the power can be turned on. When the hot tub initialises it will be in prime mode, which will take several minutes to complete, this priming varies in some models. When this has finished the hot tub will then move into heating mode and the temperature can be set to the users requirements, then the thermal hard cover should be closed and the hot tub left to heat up to the set temperature.
